one of my favorite things to do is to incorporate herbal allies into my intuitive work. an intuitive herbal oracle session with me includes an intimate channeling and card reading with 1-3 herbal/planetary magickally crafted item(s) to help integrate and aid in the healing process of the message received during your 45 min session so you feel supported and nurtured moving forward. these items include:

i am deeply passionate about creating an intimate and supportive experience in all of my offerings. i perform vocal toning directly on the body, acupressure, crystal gridding and shamanic touch massage-ending the session with sound healing. i specialize in wound and shadow work and am trauma trained-every session is different and catered to you as i guide you through a visionary journey helping you alchemize energy trapped within the body, mind, and spirit. each session I invite in guides and ancestral spirits to offer insight, clarity, and protection through a visualization journey in the mind’s eye. these sessions are 1.5 hours

sacral embodiment is about tapping into the bowl of creation that lives in the gut. it’s about tuning into the body and expressing desires unapologetically and empowered. these sessions combine an intuitive session, an herbal blend tied to your astrology, sensuality, somatic techniques, and primal movement custom catered to specifically to you. i then create an item to help you work with to further sink you into embodiment of the truest expression of self. these can be one time or continued sessions that are all intimate and unique to you.

as a certified herbalist and intuitive healer i understand the importance and magick of the plants connection both physically and spiritually. oftentimes we forget the link that the emotional body has on the physical one. i create custom blends to help heal you on a deep level targeting the root of physical ailments or concerns while helping to identify and soothe the emotional frequency they can stem from. this can be a one time session or continued regimen.

soma is the body and somatic work is accessing the mind body connection VIA THE breath, sound, and movement. as a somatic and parasympathetic breathwork and healing practitioner-trained by sigourney belle- i use this modality to access the enegetic body and disk drive in the spinal cord to unroot and unravel energy trapped within the body, energy centers, and spine. These sessions start by accessing and unlocking the pelvic floor and root of the spine via the breath, sound, and organic movement, moving into a connection and clearing of the chakras, as we weave into the spine where i perform psychic surgery and guide you into to remove blockages in the body. we end by comng into a guided channeled meditation to bring you back fully. these sessions are 2 hours.
